Our bright and spacious apartment is a hidden gem for families, digital nomads, and friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It was recently designed and fully equipped. There are 2 parking spots, a community swimming pool, and gym! It's located in a quiet and beautiful residential area El Limonar and you will have spectacular views of the mountains from the private terrace.
Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design and multiple big windows create a very luminous and welcoming atmosphere. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a smart TV, dining area for 5 people, and a panoramic window facing the terrace. The terrace has pretty views of the area and the mountains. There is also a dining table and an outdoor sofa with a terrace heather to enjoy your time outside any season of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, crockery, and everything you need.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and bidet, big wardrobe, queen bed (160cm). The second bedroom has two individual beds, bedside tables, a mirror, and a closet. Both beds can be set together in a king-size bed (180cm). There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a shower across the hall. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a newly constructed residence with all the commodities.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
