This spacious apartment is located just a few minutes on foot from the city center. It is perfect for families or groups of friends and it has everything you need for an amazing stay: a common rooftop swimming pool, parking, and a private patio!

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 350 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in. We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center.
