Our duplex in the historic center faces the Picasso museum and will give you easy access to Malaga's main attractions. A wide variety of bars, shops, museums, restaurants, and city center beaches are all within walking distance. You will have a fully equipped holiday home inspired by Picasso's art to feel Malaga experience to the fullest.
This loft-style duplex is located on the second and top floor of a building with a lift. As you enter, you will find the living-dining room and bathroom on the ground floor. The living room area has a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, pots, pans, crockery and washing machine. There is also a dining table that can be used as a desk.
There is a staircase without a handrail leading to the upper room, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a terrace. Please note: the floating staircase is not safe for children or elderly people. The flat has air conditioning and heating. Please note that we don't have wifi at the moment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
