About the Accommodation

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on the 6th floor of a building with elevator. The parking garage in on the 1 floor underground.

The living room has a sofa bed for up to 1 adult or 2 kids, a smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The window is overlooking the outdoor balcony with 2 comfortable chairs and a small table. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, pots, pans and crockery. There is also a washing machine you can use.

In the bedroom, you will find a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The window is overlooking the street, however blocks the noise coming from the outside. Air conditioning and fast WiFi are also available.

Located a few minutes away from the beach, our brand new apartment in the newly constructed residence will be perfect if you look for a quiet place to stay away from the city center noise. Ideal for the digital nomads who stay 2+ weeks and can work from the terrace with the views. You will stay in the local neighbourhood with a variety of markets, supermarkets, restaurants, metro and bus lines so everything you need will be at your fingertips.

Notes

SECURITY DEPOSIT
 A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. We will collect it in cash during the check-in and return it by a bank transfer after the check-out.

CHECK-IN
 Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 am. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.

RULES
 - It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
 - Please, do not make noise after 23:00.

NOTE
 It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
