The living room has a big sofa (that can be converted into a bed for 2 people), and a dining table for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, stove, pots, pans and crockery. There is also a washing machine for your comfortable stay. In a bedroom, you will find a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. Central heating, air conditioning and fast WiFi are available.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
