Our 52m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a newly-constructed and secure building with elevator. There is centralised air conditioning & heating for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. The entrance leads to the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, pots, and pans. There is a bar table for 4 people separating the kitchen from the living room. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, a TV and a the armchairs. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and a window facing the street.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
