Our studio has a comfortable bed and a TV on one side, and a kitchen-dining area on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a fridge, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, and a washing machine. There is also a dining table that can serve as a desk. The bed is queen size (160cm) and the windows facing the building patio create a quiet space to rest. Please note that there isn't much daylight. We have AC, heating, and 5G internet. The studio is located on the ground floor.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
