Welcome to our recently renovated and designed in a California coastal style attic apartment! The location couldn't be more central, it's surrounded by various restaurants, bars, clubs, and Malaga's main cultural activities. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a gorgeous historic building and is equipped with everything you may need for both short and long stays. The apartment is perfect for couples but as there is a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed, we can welcome up to 4 guests.
Thanks to the attic ceiling and design, the space looks and feels cozy. There are two main areas, bedroom and living room. The bed is queen-sized (160 cm). There are also an AC unit, an in-built closet and a full length mirror. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 1-2 adults or 2 kids. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove, knives, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining table for 4 people. The bathroom is fully renovated. We provide you with all the bathroom necessities: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, first aid kit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
