Welcome to our recently renovated and designed in contemporary eclectic style attic studio! The location couldn't be more centric, it's surrounded by various restaurants, bars, pubs and Malaga's main culture activities.
The studio is located on the 4th floor of a gorgeous historic building and is equipped with everything you may need for both short and long stay. The apartment is perfect for couples but since there is a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed, we can welcome up to 4 guests.
Thanks to the attic ceiling and design, the space looks and feels cozy There are two main areas, bedroom and living room, which are not separated with the door. The bed is queen-sized (160 cm). There are also an AC, a wardrobe and a mirror. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 2 adults or 2 kids.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, knives, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bar table separates kitchen and living area.
The bathroom is fully renovated. We provide you with all the bathroom necessities: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, first aid kit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 200 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in. We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The location of an apartment is very central. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.
This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment. All accessible within walking distance.
Indeed, you are in a 1-minute walk from the main street Calle Larios, a 3-minute walk from la Plaza de la Merced and about 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest ones are Parking Tejon and Parking Granados.
There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.
