The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a large mirror, a built-in closet, and a window overlooking the street.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center.
Everything is accessible within walking distance:
- 5 minutes away from la Plaza de la Merced.
- 10 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- About 15 minutes on foot from the central beach La Malagueta.
A wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment.

The closest train and bus station is a 13-minute walk away, at Plaza de la Marina. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.
