Our brand-new apartment is a hidden gem for couples, families, and groups of friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It's located in the heart of Malaga next to the most important attractions at your fingertips, as well as a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Every detail of our accommodation has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high-quality experience. Its cutting-edge design, multiple big windows, and high ceilings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated building with an elevator. As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a sofa and a dining area. There are 2 big windows with small balconies facing the street, where you can enjoy the street views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The master bedroom has a closet, a double bed, and a big window with blinders facing the street. The second bedroom has a comfy double bed and an en suite bathroom.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
