Our duplex apartment is a hidden gem for travelers who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It's located in the heart of the city next to the most important attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants. It occupies two upper floors and has a big terrace exposed to the sun with the views of the Cathedral and the Historic Center.
Every detail of our accommodation has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design, multiple big windows and high ceilings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As you enter the apartment, there is a long corridor that will take you to the bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180cm), a TV, a closet, and a desk. The window faces the inner patio, which makes it a calm place to rest. The bathroom has a separate bathtub, a shower area, bidet, and big mirrors.
Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. There are panoramic windows facing the street that give a lot of natural light. There is another bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, crockery, and everything you need. The terrace has an outdoor dining table and the sofas for a comfortable rest. The duplex occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of a historical building with elevator.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
