Welcome to our renovated and designed in a contemporary style studio! It's located on the 3rd floor of a historic building and is equipped with everything you may need for your trip to Malaga. As the window overlooks the inner courtyard, you will stay away from the noise of Malaga's bustling streets while staying in the heart of the city. In the surroundings there is a wide variety of bars, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions and the beach is just 12 min away!
Thanks to its modern design and sage colours, it is a stylish and cosy space. There are two main areas: bedroom and dining-kitchen. The bed is perfect for 2 people 150x200cm. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 1 child. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric induction stove, knives, pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining table for 2 people that can serve as a desk. The bathroom is fully renovated. We provide you with all the bathroom necessities: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, first aid kit. We have AC, heating, and fast wifi. The studio is located on the 3rd floor in a building with elevator.
ATTENTION: There are works on the street nearby, therefore you may be disturbed by some daytime noise during the business hours.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
