Have an unforgettable stay in our luxury Japandi-style apartment. It has been recently renovated taking care of each detail to offer a premium experience to our guests. The city center, the main train and bus station, and a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops are accessible within walking distance (5-10 min).

The outside swimming pool is on the first floor. Due to its design, the accommodation is dominated by light tones that create a bright and calm atmosphere. It also has a high window facing the street and an additional storage area. In the living room, there is another Smart TV, a large window facing the street, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, crockery, pots, and pans. It is separated from the living room by the dining table.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. We will collect in in cash during the check-in and return it by a bank transfer after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 am. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
