Our 2-bedroom apartment is located in a recently constructed residence with the community rooftop swimming pool. It would be perfect for families and group of friends who want to explore Malaga from a relaxing apartment.
Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with everything they need for a short stay in Malaga. As you enter the flat, there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, etc.
The master bedroom has a closet and a double bed. The second bedroom is smaller and has two single beds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. All the windows are facing the inner patio, therefore the apartment is relatively isolated from the street noise.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
