Our bright and spacious apartment is a hidden gem for couples, families and groups of friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga.
The Penthouse is located in the heart of Malaga, next to Malaga Cathedral that you can see from the private terrace and the living room. You will have the most important attractions at your fingertips, as well as a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.
As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with panoramic windows and a comfortable sofa. The window is facing the Cathedral and the terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy your breakfasts and sunsets from the comfort of your holiday home! The apartment occupies the last floor of a building with an elevator.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table for 6 people.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 open bedroom area:
- The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a closet, a double bed, and windows facing the inner patio.
- The second bedroom has two single beds set together in a double bed, a bedside table, a closet, and a big window facing the inner patio. The second bathroom is next door to this bedroom.
- The third bedroom is located on top of the living room and has a double bed. Attention, this area is not private, it's connected to the main area and you must climb spiral stairs to get there. The structure therefore will not be safe for children and the elderly. The apartment occupies the last floor of a building with an elevator.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:
- 1 minute on foot from Picasso Museum.
- 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- 3 minutes on foot from Plaza de la Merced.
- 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba castle.
