Enjoy your stay in Málaga in this recently designed in a contemporary style aesthetic one-bedroom apartment with a community swimming pool!
The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed which allows us to welcome up to 4 people. It's located on the ground floor, and there is not much daylight, which creates a cozy relaxing ambiance. The bedroom is internal and compact with a comfortable mattress and many mirrors.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, cutting boards, set of knives, plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils, glasses/plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a dining table and a bar with high chairs.
There is an AC in each room, a smart TV, and fiber optics 5G in the apartment.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also access to the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is available from 8 am till 8 pm. Due to Covid regulations, the maximum capacity is 15 people at a time.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in. We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The apartment is situated in a residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.
This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment. All accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 5 minutes walk from the main street Calle Larios, 2 minutes walk from la Plaza de la Merced and about 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 30 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min.
