SECURITY DEPOSIT

A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.

RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund. If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.

If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund. For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.

NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.

The apartment is situated in a residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center. You will have the most important attractions of Malaga accessible on foot:
- 2 minutes from Mercado de Salamanca and Jorge Rando museum.
- 11 minutes from the main street Calle Larios.
- 10 minutes from Plaza de la Merced.
- 15 minutes from El Corte Ingles.

There are several supermarkets in the area, such as Maskom, Mercadona, Dia, Eroski. There is Salamanca market just on the next street.

The main train and bus station is 15 minutes by car. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you up to 30 min.
