This bright penthouse in the heart of Málaga has everything you need to live an unforgettable experience in the city.
You will have a private rooftop with a nice view of San Juan church.
The most important attractions of the city are accessible on foot. You will also have a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars at your doorstep.
The apartment has two floors with the main area downstairs and a beautiful terrace upstairs. It is very luminous during the day due to its large windows and high ceilings.
The rooftop terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a table, and deck chairs to enjoy the sunny days of Malaga with the view of San Juan church and the historic center!
Downstairs you will find the living room connected to the kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and an office area.
The living room has two large windows facing the street, both with balconies, that offer you a very comfortable space. There is a big sofa, a dining table with chairs, and a small Smart TV. You will also find an outside coffee table on one of the balconies to have a perfect breakfast or dinner with a view.
The office area has a small desk and a comfortable small sofa that can also turn into a bed for one person (to use this sofa as a bed it is necessary to take the desk out of the office). This area can be separated from the living room with a sliding door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, stove, pots, pans, and crockery. It also has a dishwasher and a washing machine for your comfortable stay.
The bedroom also has a large window facing San Juan church, a double bed, two bedside tables, and a big mirror. There is also a baby crib.
We have AC and fast WiFi.
Attention: the baby crib has no bedsheets.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 350 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. There are 3 ways to check in:
1) we welcome you personally to the apartment when you provide the exact hour of your arrival.
2) you can pick up the keys from our office that's located a few minutes away from the apartment.
3) we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in (in the case of check-in after 10pm).
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have a view of a square and the church of San Juan Bautista. You will also have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:
- 1 minute on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- 6 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.
The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 6 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest ones, Parking Tejón and Parking Granados, are 7 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.
