Recently renovated and designed in a slow deco style, this studio will be a perfect gate-away for couples or families. There are a double bed and a sofa bed that allows us to welcome the groups of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
If you are looking for a central but not noisy accommodation, this would be a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also access to the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is available from 8 am till 8 pm.
There are a double bed and a sofa bed with sheets and towels. A sofa bed would be comfortable for one adult or two kids. There is also a baby cot.
A fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave, an electric stove, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, and plates.
There is an AC, a TV, a washing machine, and a fast internet 5G in the apartment. Attention: the baby cot has no bedsheets.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 200 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in. We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.

For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
