Every detail of our accommodation has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high-quality experience. Its cutting-edge design and multiple big windows with several small balconies create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have AC and fast wifi!
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building WITHOUT ELEVATOR. The door of the building must be locked when leaving because the lock does not lock itself after you just push it.
The bedroom is quite well soundproof with the double windows, despite the bars and restaurants downstairs.
As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a sofa (that can be transformed into a sofa-bed), a smart TV, a kitchen, and a dining area. There are 2 big soundproof windows with small balconies facing the street, where you can enjoy the street views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. There is a kitchen bar table comfortable for 3 people.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed (160x200cm) but no wardrobe. It faces the Plaza Mitjana and has a 1,5 balcony. The bathroom has a full-size window and a small balcony as well.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.v

- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The location of an apartment is very central. You will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:
- 2 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- About 15-20 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 5 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15-20 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.
