The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building with an elevator. Please note that we don't have fast wifi at the moment.
As you enter the apartment, on the right-hand side you will find a bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and an en suite bathroom.
On the left-hand side from the entrance there is a kitchen and a dining table followed by the living room area with a big sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and windows facing the Picasso Museum. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, pots, pans, crockery.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
