This luminous two-bedroom apartment with the view is a perfect base to explore Malaga. It's located in the heart of the historic center, a few meters away from Plaza de la Merced, Malaga's oldest square and surrounded by numerous bars, pubs, and restaurants.
It has everything for your comfortable stay: an AC, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, all bathroom necessities, and a fast wifi. It's also very cozy and quiet despite the central location.
The apartment is recently renovated in minimalistic style. The main space when you enter the apartment is divided into entrance area, dining area, living room area and kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms , both quiet and cozy. One bedroom is bigger than the other with a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and the windows facing the street. Another bedroom has 2 single beds and a window facing the inner patio. There is also a baby cot.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwashing machine, knives, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a drip coffee maker. There is also a big dining table with the chairs and some armchairs to relax by the window.
Attention: the baby cot has no bedsheets.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in. We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The apartment is located a few meters away from La Plaza de la Merced and Treatro Cervantes, the location could not be more central.
The centre of Malaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover Andalusian culture and local traditions. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. In fact, the apartment is a few meters away from the birthplace of Picasso!
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment. All accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 8 minutes away from the main street Calle Larios, 20 meters away from la Plaza de la Merced and about 12 minutes away from the central beach La Malagueta.
The apartment does not have private parking, however there is a public paid parking Atlantida nearby. You may also find parking on the street in El Ejido area (University Campus) a few min on foot from the apartment.
The main train and bus station is 30 minutes away. You can get to and from the airport by bus, train, or taxi.
