This loft-style duplex is located on the second and top floor of a building with a lift. The flat has air conditioning and heating. Please note that we don't have fast wifi at the moment.
As you enter the apartment, on the right-hand side you will find a bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and an en suite bathroom. Note that this in an open bathroom without a door! On the left-hand side from the entrance there is a kitchen and a dining table followed by the living room area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and windows facing the Picasso Museum. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, pots, pans, crockery.
There is a spiral staircase leading to the upper level with a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The terrace does not offer views but is comfortable and private enough to fit 6 people. Please note that the staircase might not safe for children and the bedroom upstairs is not separated from the living room with a door.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.

- Picasso Museum is just in front of the apartment.
- 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- 2 minute on foot from Plaza de la Merced.
- 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba castle.
- 12 minutes one foot from La Malagueta beach.
A great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.
