The space is perfect for couples, groups of friends and remote workers. You will be staying just across the road from the historic center at the top floor apartment away from the city center noise. Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its multiple big windows with views over the city create a very luminous and welcoming atmosphere. It's located on the 4th floor in a building with elevator. We have fast wifi and air conditioning in every room. As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, and everything you need. The dining area has a table for 5 people. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment: 2 of them have double beds, and a 3rd one a sofa bed for one person. The small room can be comfortably used for the office room as it features a desk.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
