Welcome to our recently renovated and designed in a contemporary style apartment with parking!
It's located a few minutes on foot from the historic center and Malaga's main cultural activities, restaurants, bars, and pubs. You will enjoy a quiet neighbourhood and carefully chosen details for a comfortable stay.
There is a big double bed and a sofa bed so that we can welcome 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids.
The accommodation is fully equipped and all the elements are new. We have AC and a fast WiFi.
As you enter the apartment, you will have a kitchen on the right hand side and a bathroom on the left.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the microwave, stove, pots, pans and crockery. There is also a washing machine and and a dishwasher for your comfortable stay.
The living room and dining area is luminous and spacious. There is a big window facing the inner patio, a Smart TV, a sofa and a dining table with the kitchen on another side.
The bedroom also has a window facing the patio, a double bed (150cm) and a wardrobe.
Despite all the windows are facing the patio, the apartment is bright and sunny most of the day.
It's located on the second floor in a building without elevator. The kitchen and the entrance are facing the open corridor and a school, which may produce some noise in the mornings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The apartment is located a few minutes away from La Plaza de la Merced and Teatro Cervantes, the location is very central.
The centre of Malaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover Andalusian culture and local traditions. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. In fact, the apartment is a few meters away from the birthplace of Picasso!
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment. All accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 14 minutes away from the main street Calle Larios, 5 minutes away from la Plaza de la Merced and about 17 minutes away from the central beach La Malagueta.
There are various supermarkets in the neighbourhood, the closest ones are on calle Victoria - Supermarket MÁS and DÍA.
The central bus and train station Maria Zambrano is located 2,5 km away and you can get to the apartment by bus (25 min) or taxi (16 min).
You can get to and from the airport by train (50 min) or taxi (25 min).
