This studio was recently renovated taking care of each detail to offer our guests a high-quality experience.
It has a double bed, two side tables, and a Smart TV on one side and a sofa with two side tables on the other side.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, pots, pans, and crockery.
The bathroom is bright as it has a small window facing the street.
We have AC and fast WiFi.

The studio is located on the fourth floor of a building without elevator.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 200 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
NOTE: It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
ATTENTION: There is a renovation project on the second floor, therefore you may be disturbed with some noise between 8:00 and 17:30 during the business days.
The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:
- 4 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.
The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 6 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas, is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.
