About the Accommodation

Our 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for families and couples that want to stay in a quiet place close to the city center. It receives a lot of daylight but is totally isolated from the the exterior noises. The historic center with the main attractions of the city is just 10 minutes on foot. You will find all the necessities like supermarkets, gyms, public transport within the walking distance.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the newly-constructed building with elevator. The parking is on the floor -1 of the same building. All the windows are facing the inner patio with palm trees and plants that will make you immerse in the nature from the comfort of your sofa.

The living room has a big sofa (that can be converted into a comfortable queen-size bed of 160cm for 2 people), and a bar dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave-oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juice extractor, stove, pots, pans and crockery. In the bedroom, you will find a king-size bed (180cm) and a wardrobe. We also offer a baby cot and a high chair that will always be at the property. We have a washing machine, central heating, air conditioning and fast WiFi.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 250 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.

RULES
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
